Part of that personal commitment includes placing a strong emphasis on developing our staff, providing each member of our team with all of the necessary training to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our clients. Because we realize that in this ever-changing regulatory and reporting environment, the technical expertise of our staff at every level is paramount. Members of our staff regularly attend industry conferences and seminars, including a number of Investment Company Institute (ICI) membership events. Our staff also participate in training client personnel, as well as other industry practitioners, regarding current developments within the industry.
