Aaron Masek, CPA
Audit Manager

Aaron works with all manners of investment companies, including mutual funds, hedge funds, and venture capital funds. With over a dozen years of hands on investment company experience, Aaron is uniquely qualified to work on specialized consulting projects relating to among other things: internal control development, policy & procedure review, and board reporting.

Prior to joining the firm, Aaron was a Senior Vice President for a nationally recognized third party financial administration company. In this capacity, he served as Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer for various investment companies ranging from start-ups to those with over $60 billion in assets under management. A member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs, Aaron received his undergraduate degree from Capital University, and is a member of the AICPA's Investment Company Expert Panel and Fair Value Resource Group. Outside of the business world, Aaron serves as the Treasurer for the Johnstown Youth Athletic Association and is active with his church's high school youth group, leading groups of young adults on outreach/service trips all across the United States.

He lives in Johnstown, Ohio with his wife, Tara, and 3 sons, Ethan, Matthew and Jacob. When not attending various sporting events supporting his boys, Aaron enjoys getting outdoors to hunt or play golf.
