Jenn Harte, CPA
Audit Manager

Jennifer is the Audit Manager of many of the hedge funds and venture capital funds the firm services. She has worked closely with onshore investment partnerships and offshore Cayman corporations, ranging from the most basic structures to those with more complex features, including multiple classes, master-feeder structures and those investing in complex derivative instruments. She also maintains experience in managing SAS 70 internal control studies and Agree-upon Procedures engagements with multiple fund service providers.

Jennifer is involved with the development and implementation of the firm’s training programs and presentations for young staff. She also serves on several internal committees assisting in mentoring and welcoming new staff to the firm, the promotion of firm wellness and the planning of the firms annual United Way Campaign.

A graduate from Ohio University, Jennifer is a member of the AICPA, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and also serves on several committees of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She lives in Mentor with her husband, Brad, and enjoys yoga and traveling in her spare time.
