With more than 12 years of audit experience, Kathleen is a tremendous resource for her clients in addressing technical issues. In addition to broker-dealers, she spends a significant amount of time working with not-for-profit organizations and is well versed in government compliance and cost allocation issues.
Kathleen is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. She serves on the Advisory Committee of the Center for Nonprofit Policy and Practice at Cleveland State University and on the Advisory Board of the Foundation Center-Cleveland. She is on the Board of Trustees of the Near West Theatre and is an Ambassador for the Cleveland Playhouse.

A graduate of Cleveland State University, Kathleen resides in Bay Village, Ohio with her family. She enjoys running, reading and playing piano.
