Elizabeth Kozenko, CPA, MT
Tax Senior Manager

Elizabeth works with mutual funds, private equity funds, and other investment companies with taxation issues specific to their industry. As a Senior Manager in Cohen & Company's tax department, Elizabeth also provides tax compliance and consulting services to companies in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing and oil and gas.

Elizabeth serves as a board member for the Alzheimers Association – Greater East Ohio Chapter, Chairman of the American Society of Women Accountants, Young Professionals of Akron, American Institute of CPAs, and Ohio Society of CPAs. She received her undergraduate degree from Kent State University in 2000 and graduated from the University of Akron with her Masters of Taxation in 2004.

She and her husband, Tony, and their daughter reside in Jackson Township. In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys photography.
