Elizabeth Kozenko, CPA, MT
Tax Manager

Elizabeth works with mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, and other investment companies with taxation issues specific to their industry. As a Manager in Cohen & Company's tax department, Elizabeth also provides tax compliance and consulting services to regulated investment companies in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas.

Elizabeth serves as Chairman of the American Society of Women Accountants and is an active member of the Accounting for Kids Day Committee, Akron Tax and Estate Planning Council, Akron Tax Club, Young Professionals of Akron, American Institute of CPAs, and Ohio Society of CPAs. She received her undergraduate degree from Kent State University in 2000 and graduated from the University of Akron with her Masters of Taxation in 2004.

She and her husband, Tony, reside in Jackson Township. In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys scrap booking and home improvement.
