Lisa Downing, CPA, MSA

Lisa is a Manager in the Tax Department and specializes in mutual fund clients. She also is highly involved in compliance projects, excise dividend reviews, assisting in reviewing of tax footnotes for financial statements, and research and consulting projects.

A graduate of Ohio University, Lisa is a member of the American institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. She currently lives in Avon with her husband, Matt, and their three children, Caitlin, Matthew and Alexandra. In her free time Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends and vacationing anywhere warm.
