RECENT PROJECTS:

• Planned and supervised SAS 70 Type II reports for companies providing transfer agent and fund accounting services to investment companies
• Conducted surprise custody examinations for investment advisors in compliance with Rule 206(4)-2 of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940.
• Implemented new audit risk standards, as issued by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, into firm’s audit methodology for audits beginning on or after December 15, 2010
