MY FOCUS:

• Oversees execution of audit plans; serves as primary contact for service providers and management for several mutual funds
• Serves as principal on some of the firm’s largest mutual fund clients
• Leads growth of and projects related to firm’s Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) verifications and performance examinations
• Complex accounting and audit issues related to investment companies
• Bond, municipal bond and money market funds
• Former treasurer for two mutual fund families
• Former member, NASD Review Committee (National Association of Securities Dealers, now FINRA) for Series 27 and 28 exams

RECENT PROJECTS:

• Multi-class mutual fund family audit investing in municipal fixed income instruments with a significant portion of the portfolio’s fair value determined by the advisor, as well as illiquid investments
• Multi-year historical GIPS® review for investment advisors
