• Audits and other attest services for a wide variety of clients including broker/dealers, mutual funds and other investment companies
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing, service, employee benefit plans and not-for-profit
• Special projects for clients, including litigation support, accounting systems reviews, internal controls reviews and due diligence

• Member, Small Business Advisory Council to the Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB)
• Member, task force that wrote AICPA SOP 07-2 related to compliance control engagements for service providers
• Previously appointed member of the Auditing Standards Board of the AICPA and the AICPA Task Force to Study Financial Reporting for Private Companies
• Previous member, AICPA’s Technical Issues Committee and Auditor of State’s Regional Advisory Board
• Member, Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs
